A Review of Global COVID-19 Response Frameworks for Education

This study enters the ‘kitchens of science’ or ‘backrooms’ international development agencies to examine methods used develop global COVID-19 response frameworks for education. These need be scrutinized as they are guide national Drawing upon theory change, examines how interventions embedded in these produced.
